These terms govern your use of Nexo Music websites, smart release links, audio previews, release reminders, and related support services.

You may use public release pages for personal, lawful music discovery. You agree not to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, scrape protected areas, submit fraudulent information, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
Music, artwork, and trademarks
Music, previews, artwork, artist names, platform marks, and related materials belong to their respective owners. Nexo Music provides navigation and promotional pages but does not grant ownership or a license to copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit those materials.
Streaming destinations
Platform buttons open third-party services. Availability, pricing, accounts, regional access, playback, and subscriptions are controlled by those services. Nexo Music is not responsible for a platform’s content, policies, or uninterrupted availability.
Release reminders
Nexo Music currently provides email release reminders, not automatic additions to third-party streaming libraries. Release dates and links may change. We make reasonable efforts to send the official link when a release becomes available, but delivery is not guaranteed.
Accuracy and availability
Release information is supplied by artists, labels, distributors, and metadata providers. We may correct, update, suspend, or remove pages and links at any time. The service is provided as available without a promise that every preview or destination works in every region.
Liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexo Music is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service or third-party platforms. You are responsible for losses caused by your unlawful misuse of the service.
